The formats shall be in MS WORD, PDF, JEPG, GIF, TIFF, POWER POINT, TXT﹐EXCEL and HTML, so that your source document will be normally acceptable for translation.

Feedback to you through e-mail in a short time once we receive your assignment.
Step 2

All aspects of the project are directed by the project manager

from planning and scheduling to tracking and reporting;

quality assurance and punctual delivery of the translated material.

The formal Quotation will be sent to you through e-mail;

You SHOULD sign and seal the Quotation Form with your company chop and send it back to us for final confirmation;

You SHOULD pay in FULL PAYMENT in advance before the translation work starts;

The official e-Invoice / e-Receipt will be sent to you through e-mail once we receive the full payment.

Search all technical glossaries through website and dictionary to ensure terminology consistency;

The document is Translated by a professional language translator who is a native speaker of the required language with experience in the relevant area;

The document is Proofread by a second language translator for accuracy, who may also offer suggestions for any changes that make the document easier to understand.
Step 5

The document is Reviewed to ensure that everything is ready for delivery to the client;

The Delivered Formats are in MS WORD, PDF, JEPG, GIF, TIFF, POWER POINT, TXT﹐EXCEL and HTML;

The document is delivered to you in Perfect Format through e-mail.

After delivery, our Account Manager / Project Coordinator will follow in time the delivery situation through e-mail;
